Spiritually Speaking

medium_pam-mug.jpgDear Safe Harbor Family,

I certainly hope your holidays have been meaningful and all that you had hoped it would be.

2011 holds many memories, many lessons learned and a variety of experiences!

We started last year with the theme, “No Limits for 2011”. Andre and I spoke Sunday after Sunday about all the possibilities for our church and our own personal lives.

Sadly, we lost Andre this past summer when his work transferred him to Texas, and I still miss his enthusiasm!

We then completed a series of the “Fruits of the Spirit” and “Creation Awakenings”.

The last two months have been a blur with the Brave New Day benefit, the World AIDS Day service, our great Christmas party/fundraiser and Thanksgiving and Christmas at Grace House.

Thanks for all your help in making each and every occasion special!

We collectively have great hope for all that 2012 has in store for us as a church family and as individuals of that family.

As Amber so eloquently reminded us in her message in our New Year’s service, we need to be positive and live our lives without reservation or fear. It is then that we truly experience the peace and joy that this beautiful thing called “life” has to offer.

May God continue to bless our precious church and all of you I call family.

With much love and sincerity,

Pastor Pam
